This is a collection of chaotic, contorted loops fashioned from battered rhythm boxes and quirky contraptions. Long a fan of unusual rhythms, Scott has called his considerable collection of high and low tech devices into duty to provide a selection of loops that sit well outside the commonplace.

Scott has sampled his entire ARP Collection and rolled the results into patches for Native Instruments’ Kontakt and Reason’s NN-XT samplers. Over 700 samples have been meticulously looped and patched into 128 patches for your sampler. There are basses, leads, special effects, pads, and percussion, all bursting with that classic analog sound.

The Electronic Garden is the name given to the recording studio and sound design endeavors of Scot Solida. A sound designer and writer of considerable renown, Scot has written hundreds of tutorials, feature articles and reviews that have appeared in a variety of publications, most often in Computer Music, where his regular Synth Essentials tutorials are a firm favorite with readers. Scot has co-authored three books, including the popular Billboard Home Recording Handbook.
As a sound designer, Scot’s samples and presets have been included on dozens of Computer Music’s cover discs.
